RETURN POLICY

Without prejudice to the provisions that must be taken with respect to the carrier or transit commission agent, all claims related to apparent defects or lack of conformity of the product delivered with respect to the product requested or the delivery note, must be made in writing and accurately. no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. Only claims made directly to CEM-Ti will be accepted.

The buyer must provide all the justifications related to the nature of the defects or anomalies observed. He must provide CEM-Ti with all the necessary facilities to proceed to detect said defects and correct them. It will refrain from intervening on its own or from ordering the intervention of third parties for this purpose.

Returned products must be accompanied by a letter and visibly bear a label bearing the name of the sender. Returns will not release you from the obligation to pay invoices when due: the amount of said returns will eventually be deducted, after an expert opinion by CEM-Ti services, from the subsequent report. The returned products must be in perfect conditions of content and packaging so that the amount can be refunded.

Once the materials or equipment returned have been verified and accepted, the amount will be refunded within 14 days, by bank transfer or refund through the payment method used.

NOT WILL BE ACCEPTED RETURNS for:

• CUT-TO-SIZE materials such as: fabrics, meshes, foils or magnetic sheets.
• ON DEMAND products or meters whose indicated delivery time is indicated as : 3-5 and 7-10 working days.
• HIGH SENSITIVITY equipment or meters, whose incorrect installation or possible negligent handling, may affect the integrity of the product (eg Emikon PLC filters).
