X-Ray and Gamma Personal Dosimeter PoliSimiter (Polimaster PM1610)
Description
| Electronic personal dosimeter that provides measurement of dose equivalent (DE) and dose equivalent rate (DER) of continuous and pulsed X-ray and gamma radiation in the energy range from 20 keV to 10 MeV, as well as time of dose accumulation.
| Instruments have audible, visual and vibration alarms to warn the user when preset dose/dose rate threshold levels are exceeded.
| Shockproof rubberized case and LCD with fluorescent backlight allows operation in harsh environment.
| Dosimeter is compact and easy in use, have long life built-in rechargeable battery.
| PM1610 is recommended for use by medical professionals, first responders, customs and border patrol, radiological and radioisotope laboratories, professionals exposed to pulse radiation.

|> Important: During long-term storage, the instrument's battery may gradually discharge, even when the instrument is turned off. Over time, deep-discharge batteries may experience a decrease in capacity. To prevent this, Polimaster recommends periodically charging the battery, at least once every six months.
