Pure Lead Sheet Laminated Anti Radiation

| 99.9% pure lead sheet manufactured in accordance with the UNE-EN 12588 Standard, which regulates the composition and manufacturing process of lead sheets and guarantees that the thickness of the lead sheet does not vary by ± 5% at a given point.

| The lead sheet can be used in different applications such as roofing, roof sealing accessories, lead linings, moisture barriers, precast panels and radiation protection.

Applications

• Protect from radiation in X-ray rooms.
• The sheets of lead offer great acoustic insulation (music venues, discos, studios...etc).
• Roof coverings. Lead has excellent resistance to corrosion and to contact with other materials.

• Melting temperature: 327.4 ºC

• Brinell hardness: 4 Kg/mm2
• Yield strength: Approx. 0.2 kg/mm2
• Breaking load at 20ºC: 1.3 Kg/mm2
• Elongation at break: 27% to 40%
• Expansivity. approx. 0.03mm/m/ºC . Between 20º and 100ºC (2.5 times that of iron).

• 99.8% minimum pure lead special for radiological use.

• Sheet / roll dimensions:
• Roll 3 m. length x 1m. Width: Thickness: 0.5 mm * coated with 2 layers of polyethylene.
• Roll 5 m. length x 1m. Width: Thicknesses: 1 mm - 1.5 mm - 2 mm.
